The flat arch leg of the chauffer outlet of the production line of the float glass furnace was tilted and displaced, leading to partial falling off of the flat arch of the chauffer outlet, and it posed a threat to the structure safety of the furnace. By using our company’s ceramic welding technology combined with high the temperature furnace periscope, the tilted flat arch leg of outlet was welded to the another wall, so that further deterioration was prevented and the service life of furnace was prolonged for another 10 months!
